Shipping

After you order, we’ll take 1-2 weeks to prepare it for shipment.

Worldwide standard shipping is available as below:

- The US: 1-3 weeks

- EU/Canada/Australia: 2-4 weeks

Custom and Personalized orders

We offer custom embroidery and sizes according to your design.

You can order the closest size to yours and put a note with sizing requests. Please include the following measurements: bust, waist, hips, height, weight. 

Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions through messages.

Sizing Details

Please be aware that individuals of the same height may have different body proportions.

Please carefully select sizes according to the sizing chart.

Care Instructions

Our linen dresses are machine-washable. Simply run on a normal cold cycle, and then tumble dry low or line dry. No ironing needed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

-Contact us within 3 days of receiving items to exchange and return within 30 days

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

-Any returns must be shipped back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam with proof of purchase

-Buyer is responsible for any return charges and a 20-40% restocking fee
